Shopping Online

This is a basic 2-week course helping people to use the Internet for shopping.

You Tube – 2 weeks

This 2-week course will help you understand You Tube, find information & how to upload footage onto the site.

12th February – 5th March (10.30 – 12.15)

Keeping your computer Healthy

This is a 4-week file management course helping you understand the checks you should make on keeping your computer organised and virus free

12th February – 26th March (1.15 – 3pm)

Using IT for Crafts

This is a 7-week desktop publishing course, which will equip you with the skills to design your own cards, labels and bookmarks. 

12th March – 26th March – (10.30 – 12.15)

Using Face book

This is a 3-week face book course designed to help you make the most of this medium.  Whether you are a complete beginner or you have set up a page and don’t know what to do with it this should appeal to you. 

9th April – 14th May (10.30 – 12.15)

Internet & Email

This is a 6-week course and does exactly as it says on the tin and will take you through the basics of using the Internet and email. 

9th April – 14th May (1.15 – 3pm)

Photo Manipulation

This is a 6-week course focusing on labelling and storing photographs on your computer so you can easily find them again.

Understanding Disability Benefits

This is a 3 week course run by Citizens Advice Bureau and is designed to help you understand two of the main Disability Benefits - Disability Living Allowance & Employment Support Allowance.

17th January – 21st February (1.15 – 3pm)

Technology for the Terrified

This is a 6-week course designed for complete beginners or anyone who wants to brush up on their keyboard skills – this course will help you to become more comfortable with using a computer.

11th April – 6th June (1.15 – 3pm)

OCR Level 1 Text Processing Part 1 - ACCREDITED

The OCR Level 1 Certificate in Text Processing is a 9-week course and has been designed to develop and recognise candidates' ability to produce a variety of straightforward business documents.

Vocational Profiles

These profiles help you to look at a number of key areas in our lives including living options including independent living, training & employment and making the most of social opportunities.  

Would you like to work with someone on a one-to-one basis to help you look at the above areas to help you decide on what you would like to focus your time/efforts on over the next 6months or a 1year.
