CILNI

The Centre for Independent Living Northern Ireland Promotes the principles of independent living and in particular provides a range of services for people using or considering using Direct Payments". Although the Direct Payments scheme is the main vehicle for funding independent living at the moment, this may well be changing quite radically in the near future. The promotion of independent living will remain at the core of all our activities irrespective of the vehicles involved.

 

Out and About

The Out and About Project offers educational courses, training programmes and international and cross border seminars and conferences.

Willowbank Community Resource Centre is run for and by people with physical and sensory disabilities to deliver support services. It is also an outreach centre for the South West College.

Shopmobility Dungannon

Shopmobility Dungannon is a local charity based in Ranfurly House (top of Market Square)Dungannon providing members of the public with wheelchairs and mobility scooters.  The service is free for the day and long term borrowing is available. Headway

Headway is run by volunteers who provide support to people with brain injury, their families and carers. Headway Southern Region serves Craigavon, Banbridge, Armagh and Dungannon.
