Code of Practive on the Provision and Use of Transport Vehicles

The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland recently launched the new Code of Practice on the Provision and Use of Transport Vehicles, which came into force on 25 May 2011.
The Code provides guidance on the rights and responsibilities which exist as a result of the Disability Discrimination (Transport Vehicles) Regulations (NI) 2009. The Code is available in Braille, audio, large print and Easyread versions. It can also be downloaded from www.equalityni.org.
