CLANRYE GROUP EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND PROGRAMMES
Clanrye Group Ltd. have been successfully running ESF programmes for over 20 years, offering FREE* quality employment focused training, accredited qualifications and work experience to people who have a physical disability or health condition and are unemployed. Training is for individuals aged 16 years to 64 years.
At Clanrye Group our focus is on ensuring that each participant is given the opportunity to train with us while fostering a sense of belonging and social inclusion, as well as forming social contacts which we believe are central elements for an individual to progress in their readiness to find and secure paid employment.
One trainee recently said “Clanrye Group is a great boost to self-confidence. Training while gaining experience and qualifications is carried out in an informal person centred environment, I am really enjoying my time here and the new friendships I have made.”
Individuals can choose to train in either the ICT or Retail sector and as training is individually paced; enrolment starts when the person is ready.

· Bespoke training plans focused on the individuals requirements
· Accredited Qualifications at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3
· Essential Skills Qualifications in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT
· An informal relaxed training environment

· Up to 2 years in which to complete your training
· Experience and specialised equipment for people with a physical disability or health condition

*If you are aged between 16 – 21 years and have a physical disability or health condition you may be eligible to qualify for a an Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA).
